1、 Causes of battery bulging
(1) . the vent hole is blocked
If the vent hole on the battery filler cap is blocked or blocked, the gas generated when the charging time is too long or the charging voltage is too high will gradually accumulate, resulting in increasing pressure in the battery shell, and finally lead to battery bulging.

4、 Causes of battery bulging
(1) Too little electrolyte
As we all know, the battery will reduce the electrolyte after being used for a period of time. At this time, electrolyte or distilled water needs to be added. After the electrolyte is reduced, overcharge will lead to battery bulging and even explosion.

When the charger or the generator on the engine is damaged, its current or voltage may be large or small, which is easy to lead to violent reaction in the battery, resulting in a large amount of gas, which will lead to battery inflation.
5、 Preventive measures for battery bulge of electric vehicle:
(1) To avoid sparks during the use of the battery, it is necessary to install the battery firmly during the use, fasten the connection between the wire connector and the electric pile, and ensure the welding quality of the electrode plate group during overhaul.
(2) In order to ensure that the gas generated by the battery in the working process can overflow from the vent hole of the liquid filling port in time, so that the internal air pressure of the battery is not too high, the liquid filling cover of the battery must be tightened at ordinary times, and the vent hole must be dredged frequently.
(3) In order to avoid excessive battery discharge, the starter cannot be used continuously when starting the vehicle with the starter, especially when starting the vehicle at low temperature.
